Windows 11 freezes shortly after startup on VBox7 MacOS

Description
MacOS Vbox 7 hangs eventually running Windows 11. Downgrading guest additions to v6.x avoids the issue, but can't stay that way.

Other users can reproduce the issue...also appears to affect linux as well.
