upgrade vb from 6.1.40 to 7 or fresh install vb7,virtio-scsi conflict with efi

Description
i have win10 and debian 11 as host,run guest debian 11(use virtio-scsi) with efi boot,at vb 6.x,it's normal,after upgrade to vb 7,EFI bios failt to detect HDD's attached to the virtio-scsi,so fail to boot debian 11.If i change from virtio-scsi to achi,vb7 become normal.
