progress bar for exporting appliance is ambiguous

The progress bar when exporting an appliance (and possibly other uses of the bar) are uncertain when the task is complete and there is no positive affirmation that the task is finished properly.

Some applications get to 100% and have some clean up tasks to do for 10-60 seconds and then give a positive affirmation. There was a common dropbox problem where it got to 100% and never actually completed. Most progress bars display themselves only while progressing and go away once finishing the task.

But here, it's hard to tell 99% from 100% as the default text is small and both have the same color progress bar. But there is can be a lingering doubt whether it's actually completed without a positive confirmation of "I'm done"

I don't know the ideal confirmation be it an "task completed" box with and "OK" button but one can be hesitant to close as it's uncertain it's actually done.
