Cannot boot from VISO

Description
I have been struggling to boot an extracted Windows 11 medium using a VISO file without success until I found a comment regarding this topic: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/19910#comment:24
They mention that on 6.1.32 booting from VISO worked fine which I can confirm. However, I could not get it to work with VB 6.1.38, 6.1.40, 7.0.0 or 7.0.2.
