Virtualbox 7.0.2 Doesn't work

Description
Launch headless VM using vboxmanage and you can never get it to show. Booting VM is extremely slow. Is Python necessary for this version? I installed it and it makes no difference.
Windows 10 21H2, AMD Threadripper 1950x, 64g memory.
I have been using Virtualbox for over 10 years and this is the worst version ever.
