Error while starting up a virtual OS

Description
if I install oracle and start the OS, it would run (until I shut down the host and open it again). I can get rid of this error by uninstalling and then installing it again but it only works one time, after I restart the host OS, the same thing pops up.

this error happens only for VirtualBox-6.1.34-150636-Win
this error does not exist in
VirtualBox-6.1.36-152435-Win
