Fedora 36 host compatibility

VirtualBox 6.1.34 cannot be installed because it uses an old dropped version of (lib)VPX.

The second issue is the use of deprecated/old openssl-1.1.

Please recompile for Fedora 36.

Other things:

• Fedora 32 has been unsupported for over a year already, there's no need to build for it
• Fedora 33 has been unsupported for over half a year already, there's no need to build for it
• Fedora 34 will stop receiving updates on June 7, 2022: ​https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-36/f-36-key-tasks.html

You now need to have only two builds for Fedora:

• One for F35
• One for F36 and onwards

The builds are out but not yet signed or released officially.

There's now a separate package for F35 and F36, and also repositories with the associated directory names. So things should be official now.
