Installer must never rely on trash, left by previous version

Description
Installing VBox of newer version into windows after ${user profile}/Local/Temp cleanup fails. Installer starts to beg for previous version MSI package, providing no workarounds.
Installation process must flow successfully instead. Installer must be able to upgrade or eradicate previous version traces at least. No trash, especially (installing sub-)system critical one must be left. A warning(never blocking failure) message about eradicating previous version could be provided to user, if necessary.
