can't start the virtual machine

when i start virtual machine i have got this error
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Mac.
Could not launch the VM process for the machine 'Mac' (VERR_INVALID_UTF16_ENCODING).
Result Code: VBOX_E_IPRT_ERROR (0x80BB0005)
