Known regression in 6.1.20 unfortunately. Would be fixed already in the latest 6.1 testbuild available on the Testbuilds page.

Strangely, it was published in maintenance release with such defect, as it was never before.
I wish your project to be more funded to allow full stress-testing before release: stress-testing department, automated extended stress-testing, etc.
