Trackpad and mouse failure on using trackpad gestures in Gnome 40

Description
Trackpad, Mouse and any sort of pointing devices fail to click on UI elements both in and outside Virtualbox, if the new trackpad gestures in Gnome40 are used when a guest is running. This issue does not pop up until the gestures are used and they only pop when used with Virtualbox running a guest.
