VirtualBox 6.1 > Mac OSX Catalina > Ubuntu VM: VM Crashes while booting

Description
VM works fine with virtualbox 6.0. Tried different display and system (processor, memmory, chipset) whit no success. Also tried to reinstall the SO and machine crashed when the installer's launched the graphical guided installation. Booting from recovery tools without graphical interface worked fine, do it made think there's something with the graphics. Rolled back to VritualBox 6.0 and VM runs fine.

More information required. Can you attach a VBox.log from an instance of the VM failing to boot? Does the problem occur with the just released 6.1.16 version of VirtualBox? Are there any error messages displayed?
