Not possible to activate my Windows XP license

Description
I have a valid license of Windows XP. At start up of the virtual machine the system warns me that I have to activate the license, but when I accept a windows opens saying that my license is already activated. Then there is a new start up and the same warning as before. Therefore it is impossible to do anything. See enclosed images.
