Version 6.1 and "Sorry this application cannot run under a Virtual Machine"

Description
In update I can't use some my desktop windows application. Message cannot run under a VM. before not problem in 6.0 version, perhaps last 6.0 has already problem. sure you have change some mechanism.

The application run on 6.0.14 , from 6.0.16 KO What is change from 14 to 16 ? let me know.

Could an update of the application have introduced this error because then you should contact the vendor of your application because this is not an issue with VirtualBox. There is no way to reliably hide that something is running in a VM. Apart from that there is next to no information in your report, what application are you talking about, no VBox.log of the VM, no information whether it worked with older VirtualBox versions, etc.
