[Guest OS windows 7] VirtualboxVM process memory increases while launch app in guest OS

Description
Host OS : ubuntu 20.04 VirtualBox: 6.1.12.r139181 Guest OS: windows 7 ultimate x64 7601 test app: mBlock
VM config: Memory 2G.
How to reproduce:
- Use top to monitor memory usage.
- Open VirtualBox, boot windows 7 guest os to desktop.
- Install and launch app named mblock.exe.
- While mblock launch completely. then close it.
- Repeat launch mblock.exe and close scene several times.
- Check memory status. ==> We find it increse to 3.3G, But i only allocate 2G.

Most importantly, while reboot guestos, it doesn't decrease to default allocated memory size.
