Cannot see Host Only Adapter in Windows 10 adapters

Description
After some wailing and gnashing of teeth, I got host only networking to work with Uvuntu 20.04. I was expecting to see the adapter in the Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections but it doesn't show up. It does appear in the Device Manager.
