No hardware acceleration on Ryzen7 4800HS

Description
A fresh installation of VirtualBox 6.1.8 does not use hardware acceleration at it seems, rendering any virtual machines unusably slow. Hardware virtualization is enabled in the BIOS and confirmed to be enabled in Windows; WSL is not installed. Any ideas?
