incorrect power off handling with background vms

Description
if I have a background machine running and try to log out or poweroff without closing it, I have standard windows dialog about that the virtualbox don't let to shutdown. vm powers off automaticly, but the VBoxSvc process stays running and don't let to shutdown. when I kill it system shuts down normally.
