Problems accessing lots of items with nvda screenreader in virtualbox

It is impossible to access lots of items in virutalbox using nvda screenreader. For example, you cannot choose one virtual machine if there are several virtual machines, you cannot choose an iso image file when first running a virtual machine. To reproduce the steps you should: 1. Launch nvda screenreader, 2. Open virtualbox, create a virtual machine and launch it. When the window with choosing the image disk opens press tab and you will hear the phrase "uknown". Expected behaviour: you should hear buttons such as continue, browse, you should be able to access the list with drives. I am also not able to quit the virtual machine using nvda screenreader.
