WindowsHost CloneVM Incorrect VM Filename generated

When Cloning a VM from the Windows GUI, (i.e. select a VM, right-click... Clone), it prompts you to enter a new name for the cloned VM. After generating the new clone VM inspection of the files produced show the VM file is based on the filename of the cloned VM and not that of the 'new' VMs name entered previously. This can lead to confusion about which file goes with which VM (only the containing folders differentiate them). This feature has been present in previous releases.
