This is far too little information to make any sense out of it. We need a detailed description of the problem + at least VBox.log if a VM is affected and/or the VBoxSVC.log. As this seems to be related to USB we also need information about the USB device you are trying to pass through.

Hi,

I have exactly same problem. Windows 10 host on Lenovo ThinkPad T590, VirtualBox Version 6.0.14 r133895 (Qt5.6.2).

Trying to install OpenBSD 6.6 amd64 directly to USB flash disk so guest in VirtualBox is just basic config without virtual disk and just LiveCD connected. Flash disk is this one https://shop.westerndigital.com/products/usb-flash-drives/sandisk-ultra-fit-usb-3-1#SDCZ430-016G-A46

However what I found helpful is this:

https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?t=59303#p276840

from second picture. Basically leave only Name (without name VirtualBox throw error and you can't save), Vendor ID and Product ID.

Then VirtualBox properly mount flash disk.

I have another problem after that, but will be something with VirtualBox USB code itself. Using USB 3.0 setting for OpenBSD guest as that is what I have on host and I can't install. Installer is failing during creating filesystems on MBR partitioned disk. Always Input/Output errors even as there are no issues with flash disk (new one, checked both on Windows and Linux for errors).

I found "workaround" to do GPT layout instead via installer, then it was able to do filesystems and now installing sets even as it often shows 'stalled' so performance of USB and code of USB stack in VirtualBox must be really horrible (saw such problems years ago). After it finishes I will try upgrade to VirtualBox 6.1 it will be any help in general.
