Windows Vista - Basic Theme applied even after D3D install of GuestAdditions

Description
I have installed GuestAdditions v6.0.14 and to no avail, the aero theme is not there. Tried multiple reinstalls, running WinSAT, all to no avail. When using the original disc I have, it goes into a boot loop. Tried using 5.2.22, 4.3.22, 4.2.11, 4.1.14, and other GA's, also to no avail. Checked D3D in setup, Pressed NO to Basic D3D, and Pressed OK to the memory prompt. Multiple errors show. Log files will be attached soon.
