Kernel panic of RedHat 5.5 guest on Windows 10 host

Description
I migrated some of my virtual machines to another Windows host. One of them which was running without any problem on the old host, now has a kernel panic immediately after starting the boot process.
For details see attached files VBox.log, VBoxHardening.log and the log of the guest console in console.log.
System details are
Host: Windows 10 Pro 1903 build 18362.365, AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor
Guest: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.5 (Tikanga), kernel 2.6.18-194.el5 64-bit

A fix is available in kernel-2.6.18-194.3.1.el5 and later.

That doesn't help. I have kernel-2.6.18-194.el5, and that's it.
