This is almost definitely a duplicate of #18766 which is believed to be addressed in the 6.0.12 Guest Additions. You have updated VirtualBox to 6.0.12 but your log file shows you are still running the 6.0.10 Guest Additions:
00:00:19.523740 VMMDev: Guest Additions information report: Version 6.0.10 r132072 '6.0.10'
Could you update the Guest Additions to 6.0.12 and report back if the problem still occurs?
