Description
Being used to sharing smart cards between virtual guests in vmWare it seems to be one of the few things that VirtualBox is lacking.
I found this https://pcsclite.apdu.fr/api/group__API.html they seem to be using the functionality of pcscd to achieve it as the daemon has to be stopped to enable passthrough instead of shared mode https://communities.vmware.com/thread/498792
