Option to configure a VirtualBox VM to automatically "save the machine state" upon exciting - and do this minimized.

Description
I would like to be able to configure a particular virtual machine to automatically "Save the Machine State" upon closing the VM window (with the other Shutdown options still available via the host menu), I believe Paralles on the Mac works much the same way. I believe it would make for a more productive way of working with VM. Also it would be nice if the saving of the machine state would occur minimized rather than blocking my screen while it saves the machine state.
