Almost all links are broken on the tutorial. I replaced them all with authentic links whenever possible.

This makes the tutorial fully usable again where it was not before.

The links I provided (except one for the KB article) go to the archive.org website where they happened to have a 66GB FTP archive for Microsoft. The links go directly to the respective files at the same exact path locations that were on the old FTP site.

The link to the KB article is on a site that has an archive of all the old MS KB articles no longer found on Microsoft's site. This is all as good as could have been done.
