You seem to be ignoring the advice given to you in the forums: https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=92716
I told you that you're getting a BSOD due to a custom .SYS file:
"SPTD.sys" is a software component of the "SCSI Pass Through Direct" or SPTD by Duplex Secure. Do you have that installed in your guest? If yes, try to boot into safe mode and uninstall it...
You've never done it and you prefer to open a ticket instead...
