After saving state of a XP VM, this machine crashes when trying to open it again

From upgrading to 6.0.2 and in 6.0.4 too, a VM with XP that before worked correctly, gives an error when, after it's closed saving state, I try to start the machine again and when it reach the 97% of restoring state appears "Unknown software exception (0x80000003) in the position 0x00007FFDB7778E48" and the VM appears as aborted so it has to be started again from zero. It happens before and after upgrade the guest additions.

It appears too the error: The VM session was aborted.
