Disconnect in chapter numbering between PDF and online manual

Description
The online manual (https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/) starts numbering at the "Preface" as being chapter 1. The PDF on the other hand, has ch. 1 as "First Steps" (which is ch. 2 in the online one).
That's going to make a really awkward situation when quoting and linking specific passages of the manual.
Humble suggestion; remove the numbering from the online manual. It's backwards compatible...

Actually, looking at it again, it not a "suggestion", it's a "must", because it breaks years and years of linking to the online part of the manual!
Severity increase from Minor to Major...
