Guest editions won't install in new Windows 10 1809

Description
As soon as guest edition installation is run on Windows 10 1809 host, the mouse and keyboard stops working. The installation can never be completed because it is impossible to respond to UAC prompt. Tried reboot several times, windows updates, didn't fix the issue.

This issue is actuall that whenever UAC dialog comes up in Windows 10 version 1809, it sort of freezed the system and the UI doesn't respond. It needs to be closed through VirtualBox Manager.
