Description
Host : Windows 10 Enterprise 1607
Upgraded Virtualbox to 5.2.20 from 5.2.18 with extension pack and USB passthrough does not detect any connected devices. Downgrading Extension pack to 5.2.18 does not resolve the issue, downgrading Virtualbox to 5.2.18 solves it.
I can upgrade again to collect any logs you want to help you solving this bug

- It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums, a lot more eyes there. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is most probably not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".
- You were supposed to follow these steps when you filed the bug, and provide a VBox.log:

Ad: my log file above
I definitely experienced this bug after upgrading from 5.2.18.
Further upgrade to 5.2.21-126213 including the extpack from test builds made USB work again. After a downgrade back to 5.2.20 (keeping the 5.2.21-126213 extpack), USB still worked. Finally, after a clean installation, USB did work in 5.2.20.
TL;DR socratis was right in #comment:1, this most likely is not a bug.

Rudo is right, uninstall and clean install restore usb functionnality.
Socratis, that's noted next time I'll begin by posting on the forum.
