Guru Meditation while booting Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

Description

I just booted my virtual PC, but then it says Guru Meditation. It is in the Apple Logo, and then stops.

Are you seriously asking support for a Hackintosh?

OSX guests are only supported on Apple hardware (which you do not have). See: ​Mac OS X guest on a Windows Host.
