Is this the same issue as #17590, #17736 and four different threads in the forums? Where you were repeatedly asked to provide specific information, with no results?

Can you please stop opening tickets and threads all the time?!? I told you in the forums, that if you keep on repeating "it crashes, it crashes, it crashes", but you're not providing the requested information, we're going to have a problem...

Look Neptune... You do NOT provide enough information. For example you're supposed to provide a log. Where's your log?

And with a one-line description, you're not going to go very far. Your descriptions are not detailed enough to repdroduce it. Neither are your answers! "No"? Is that a proper answer??? Seriously???

Read the REMINDER: provide facts and information post:

Lately there is an increase of extremely vague posts which don't contain the bare minimum information to reply anything sensible. Keep in mind that this results in your post being ignored, which is the opposite of what you want. So provide as much detail as you can, please, as this will ensure you get a good and fast answer.

This is essentially just a repeat of the Forum Posting Guide, which to a large extent is just written down common sense.
