Restoring VM goes from running to Guru Mediation state

Description
I have created saved state and restoring it. It works fine on Windows 10 Host OS where as in Windows 8.1 Host it gives below error

before this line log shows that guest is getting some fatal condition

System configuration is:
Guest OS: Windows 10 64 bit
Host OS: Windows 8 64 bit
I have attached log for more information. Not sure what is the reason of failure.

It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is most probably not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".
Can you update to the latest 5.1.38 or 5.2.12 (as of this writing)? See if that helps...
BTW, what you quoted as an error, is not an error. Not responsible for this at least.
