Guest type: Windows Host type: Linux

Hello all.

After i performed the upgrade to Fedora 28 in my notebook Dell Inspiron 15 Series 5000 (I15-5557-A40), at the Microsoft Windows 10 VM the mouse not working ( i can see the mouse, but the right/left click not working any more). To resolve this, i need to pause the VM and start it again, and by this the mouse click working fine after this process.

I also tried to reinstall the VirtualBox (versions 5.2.12, 5.2.11, 5.2.10), but not worked also.

Please help me in this to resolve

Replying to Cautella:

Please help me in this to resolve

  1. It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the  VirtualBox forums. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".
  1. You were supposed to follow these steps when you filed the bug, and provide a VBox.log:

Attach a (full) log file ("Machine" menu/"Show Log" in the main VirtualBox Manager window) straight away to save time for you and for us. The log file contains a lot of useful information about both the host and the guest systems as well as information about what happened during a particular machine run. Please do not cut and paste it.

VirtualBox VM 5.2.12_RPMFusion r122571 linux.amd64 (May 11 2018 17:00:45) release log

This is not standard VirtualBox distribution, that seems like a fork. Try with the official version first.
