00:00:05.128513 Host RAM: 4086MB (3.9GB) total, 944MB available
00:00:06.098013 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000040000000 (1 073 741 824, 1 024 MB)
00:00:06.098961 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000002000000 (33 554 432, 32 MB)

You are assigning memory to your guest, that you do not have available. Either close some applications on the host, buy more RAM for the host, or reduce the amount of RAM assigned to the guest.

00:00:06.099516 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is not available

Unfortunately, your Intel Core2 Duo T5250 does not support VT-x. So, you can't run this VM. Your best bet would be to try something from the 4.3.x series, or the 5.0.x series, or the 5.1.x series. The higher the VirtualBox version, the more dependent it is on the existence of VT-x, as the "raw mode" (mentioned above) tends to get phased out.

Finally, may I suggest something? It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is most probably not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
