VirtualBox 5.2.10 windows release download server says content size is 0

I just received an e-mail alert that VB 5.2.10 is out, so I went to the download page but nothing downloads. Web debugger confirms server side issue.

Known issue - that's why the Downloads page says

Important: the Windows package below is known to be 0 bytes. For technical reasons this package will be made available later.

This is meant seriously. If we'd leave the 5.2.8 link in place we'd get complaints that the link is outdated. Right now we're between rock and a hard place.

we can close this bug , anyway the component of this bug is not webservices , webservices is about vboxwebsrv, isn't it ?
