centos7 update kernel to 4.15.11 elrepo ,and vbox install have some problems with "vboxpci:
Unknown symbol vfs_write (err 0)"

See comment:ticket:17267:6. Sorry, I forgot to apply this to 5.1 releases. It is fixed in all 5.2 releases and in 5.1 test builds as of revision 122139.
