Description
can not star my virtual machine, I recceive a critical error and cirtual machine stops.

Unfortunately your AMD Sempron LE-1250 doesn't seem to support AMD-V, it's too old of a processor.
Your best bet would be to try something from the 5.0.x series or the 5.1.x series. The higher the VirtualBox version, the more dependent it is on the existence of AMD-V, as the "raw mode" (mentioned above) tends to get phased out.
BTW, it's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".
