Hello,
I confirm the issue in 5.2.6. I am running Fedora 27 as host and Windows 7 pro as guest.
My TomTom device is Start25. It is being recognized as Ethernet Adapter in Windows 7 machine, but there is no communication between MyDrive Connect application and TomTom device
IvanSB - did you manage to run it somehow ?
Cheers, Marek

Please read the following thread: USB basics and troubleshooting, all of the posts. If you still have a problem after reading through the whole thing, please head to the forums, and follow the advice of the last post and post the information requested. Please be sure to mention that you came from the bug tracker and include the ticket number.
Oh, and please upgrade to the latest and greatest, 5.2.12 as of this writing, the *official one*. And don't forget the Extension Pack as well...

Hello,
I did upgrade to 5.2.12 and it did not solve problem with Windows 7 Guest.
However, with Windows 10 Guest it works without any issues.
So I guess it's related to Win 7

It could be if this is a USB3 device. Did you read the link that I gave you? It has instructions on how to enable USB3 on a Win7 guest.
So, does it work if you downgrade to 5.2.2? And breaks with >= 5.2.4?
