VirtualBox import fails with VERR_NOT_EQUAL on VMWare-exported OVF

To reproduce:

1. Create in VMWare Workstation Pro 12 a Debian Linux VM that would require .iso file creation when exporting to OVF.
2. Export the VM with VMWare's ovftool.exe without options, just passing the .vmx path as the input and a directory as the target.
3. Import OVF in VirutalBox 5.1.30 r118389 from GUI using Expert mode and changing VM name in Applience settings from "vm" to a meaningful one.
4. At the end of the export VirtualBox complains with something like "cannot find the ISO file in 2nd manifest" and says it's VERR_NOT_EQUAL .

If the .mf file is removed before step 3, VirtualBox imports the OVF without errors.
