Your version (5.1.18) is a way too old version. You need to upgrade to the latest 5.1.30 or 5.2.0 as of this writing. What you have in your log:

This issue was resolved finally with version 5.1.24. See the thread in the forums that contains a summary of what happened: 5.1.x Guru Meditation: VERR_IEM_INSTR_NOT_IMPLEMENTED. This bug can be closed as a "Duplicate" of several tickets.
PS. You don't really need to provide all 4 VBox.log.# files. Just one that shows the problem. And ZIP it first please, it helps save a (virtual) tree or two ;)
PPS. It's usually better and faster, if issues like this one (configuration, question) get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Duplicate".
