Installation of 5.1 & 5.2 Beta failing for Windows 10 Pro

Description
In multiple attempts to install on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit v1703 build 15063.608, VirtualBox fails to install. I've tried VirtualBox-5.1.24-117012-Win.exe, VirtualBox-5.1.28-117968-Win.exe, VirtualBox-5.1.29-118065-Win.exe and VirtualBox-5.2.0_BETA2-117563-Win.exe. I've attached a log from running from the command line as an admin using the --logging param. Any help would be appreciated.

I think the logs were saying this error: "DIFXAPP: ERROR: Unable to open service 'VBoxDrv' to start it because of error 0x424"
So using the "Everything" search tool, I deleted all vbox* files remaining on my system. And I deleted all registry keys (not values or data). And then restarted.
Installation finally worked.
