Description
NtCreateFile(\Devie\VBoxDrvStub)failed: 0xc0000034 STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND (0 RETRIES) (rc=-101)
Make sure the kernel module has been loaded succfully. where:supR3HardenedWinReSpawn what:3 VERR_OPEN_FAILED (-101) -file/ Device open failed. Driver is probably stuck stopping/starting. Try 'sc.exe query vboxdrv' to get more information about its state. Rebooting may actually help.

I have recently updated to version 5.2.6 r120293, and after the reboot requested by the update I have started having the issue above (see snapshot attached + VBoxHardening.log). Moreover, 3 functional VMs are now in the ABORTED status, and creating a new VM is impossible due to the current issue.
Finally, running "sc.exe query vboxdrv" results in:
C:\>sc.exe query vboxdrv [SC] EnumQueryServicesStatus:OpenService FAILED 1060: The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
NOTE: I am using Win10

In the end I succeeded to solved my problem by re-running VirtualBox-5.2.6-120293-Win.exe to initiate a repair and ending tasks manually when requested
So any more information? Did you try
as suggested? Did you reboot the host? You might also want to uninstall VirtualBox, reboot your Windows machine and re-install VirtualBox (no harm for your VMs).
