00:00:02.090772 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is not available
00:00:03.109417 Full Name: "Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @2.33GHz"
00:01:24.846123 !! VCPU0: Guru Meditation -2301 (VERR_REM_VIRTUAL_CPU_ERROR)

Your CPU does not support VT-x (source:Intel). The VM is forced to resort to raw mode. Since 5.1.x VirtualBox relies more and more on having VT-x available for the proper execution of the VM. Your best option at this point, I believe, is to try the VirtualBox 5.0.x series.

Btw, which guest is that?

From the logs:

00:00:01.963246 Guest OS type: 'Windows7'

But you also have this as well:

00:00:01.971793 File system of 'C:\Users\Marcos\VirtualBox VMs\Virtual PC\Virtual PC.vdi' is ntfs

This could either be a very "lucky" choice for a VM name, or it could be a V2V from a VirtualPC installation...
