Windows failure to boot after VirtualBox hangs up

Description
When I connected to ubuntu server via x2go software, where VirtualBox is usually running I have seen that VirtualBox hangs up, and then I kill it. After this, Windows (guest system) fails to run (it freezez on Please wait when iitializing).
