VM Freezes

Description
Hello. After upgrading to 5.1.18 the VM periodically freezes. Any action results in "Not running" state of processes. It seems to start with a shared host-disk become unavailable. I can see the share, but any actions from or to it results in freezing processes. I use VM every day and the VM freezes 2-3 times a day, where I have give a hard shutdown to the VM.

Which was the VirtualBox version you upgraded from? I would like to see a VBox.log file of such a freezing VM.
Also, could you explain what you mean by a shared host disk becomes unavailable? Is the VM accessing this host disk and the disk is unplugged / shows disk errors / or anything else?
