Ubuntu 16.04 guest restart issue on Windows 10 Host

Description
While the Freezing issue resolved in the previous Virtualbox update, still there is a restart issue. (5.1.18)
If you restart from the Gnome menu (GUI) or if you "shutdown -r now" from terminal, the guest will restart and hang. the gnome login screen shows and the guest machine is stuck
Shutting down and starting the machine works normally. This only happened to me with "reboot"
