I have retried with 5.1.18, but don't work!
Host - LMDE2 Betsy installed from virtualbox-5.1_5.1.18-114002~Debian~jessie_amd64.deb with Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-5.1.18-114002.vbox-extpack
Guest - LM18.1 x64, guest additions.
Back to 5.1.14 - it works again.
Sorry :(

You have to attach VBox.log from the VM where you have the problem with VirtualBox 5.1.18.

I have 2 arts of the shared folders - local in home directory and on the another disk, linked in an home directory as a symbolic link. I find out, the bag is only by the folders thet are symbolic links. Whis a folder theat I share is directly in the home directory it works. Whith a folder that is a symbolic link to another file system on an another drive it works with VirtualBox 5.1.14, but not with 5.1.16 or 5.1.18.

That's indeed a regression from 5.1.16 / 5.1.18. The shared folder root directory on the host must not be a symlink. We might tighten this requirement but for now it would be possible it you just specify the target of the symbolic link as shared folder.
Please retry with 5.1.18!
